Greg Bratton, Vice-President
Greg is a licensed contractor with 20 years experience in the construction industry. Having worked as a project manager for various companies, as well as having designed and built numerous custom homes throughout the State of Florida, Greg has acquired the skills and experience that helped him establish a solid reputation for building quality structures and developing exceptional, and often long-lasting, relationships with his clients. Greg obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University, and earned 18 hours toward his Master of Business Administration. In addition to his construction experience, Greg also possesses 25 years of accomplished experience in information technology, project planning, management and training.

Tim Tucker, President
Tim, who is also a licensed contractor, is the driving force behind Bratton and Tucker, Inc. Having worked for several years as the Loss Prevention Manager for a nationwide construction supply company before starting his own construction business, he developed incredible skills in paying close attention to every detail of the projects he handles. He has spent more than five years managing his own company and crew providing framing, siding and ICF installation. Since he teamed up with Greg Bratton in 2006, Tim has honed his skills as a motivated project manager. He handles all aspects of the company's projects from planning through completion. Tim is "hands on" with every project, spending many hours on-site providing the oversight necessary to keep each job on track, and quite often lending his unparalleled carpentry skills to ensure that quality workmanship is obtained through each phase of the project.

Mike Hoover
With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike, who was also a licensed contractor, contributed his exceptional expertise in ICF construction, as well as design. Prior to his affiliation with Bratton and Tucker, Mike worked as a construction superintendent and project administrator for various construction companies, as well as the State of Florida, Department of Corrections, where he was responsible for the oversight of multi-million dollar projects. He also owned/managed various luxury custom home building construction companies. As a leading ICF builder in the North Florida region, he constructed numerous ICF buildings throughout the Florida panhandle, including several unique coastal and multi-story residential homes and commercial buildings. Apparently, heaven's population was growing and needed a few more mansions, so our friend was unfortunately called home in June of 2010 after a long, hard fought battle with pancreatic cancer, to build a few more mansions.

Nikki Tucker, Bookkeeper
Nikki handles all of the accounts payable and receivable for the company, as well as insurance and Florida lien law compliance. In addition to other clerical and administrative services, she also tracks the job costing for each project and provide Bratton and Tucker's customers with periodic budget reports. Prior to working with the company, Nikki worked as a professional receptionist at a prominent Tallahassee law firm.

Samantha Kilbourn, Public Relations
Samantha handles the marketing and public relations for the company. Prior to joining the team, she worked for two years as the business manager for Michael R. Hoover, Inc., a custom home builder, and sixteen years as a paralegal and office manager/public relations specialist for a prominent Tallahassee law firm.
